Description
MRS4833 (compound 15) is a potent, orally bioavailable competitive antagonist of the P2Y14 receptor, with IC50 values of 5.92 nM (human) and 4.8 nM (mouse) . It has demonstrated efficacy in vivo, reducing airway eosinophilia in murine asthma models and reversing chronic neuropathic pain in mouse chronic constriction injury studies.
