Description
EGFR-IN-131 (3a) is a brain-penetrant EGFR inhibitor (IC50 = 272.9 nM) that suppresses cancer cell proliferation by downregulating p-EGFR, inducing apoptosis, and arresting the cell cycle at G0/G1 phase. It is a valuable tool for in vitro and in vivo studies of EGFR-driven cancers, including those with CNS involvement.
