OxLig-1 (7-Ketocholesteryl-9-carboxynonanoate) is a key oxidized lipid ligand for β2-Glycoprotein I (β2-GPI) found in oxLDL. It is widely used in atherosclerosis research to study mechanisms like NF-κB pathway activation and foam cell formation in both in vitro and in vivo experimental models.
