Tyrosinase-IN-35 (compound 6g) is a potent human tyrosinase inhibitor with an IC50 of 2.09 μM, significantly outperforming kojic acid. It effectively reduces melanin production in B16F10 melanoma cells at low micromolar concentrations, making it a valuable research tool for studying pigmentation and skin-related disorders in vitro.
