Description

ONCOII is a potent Mps1 inhibitor (IC50 = 10.8 nM) used in cancer research. Its activity can be reduced by specific Mps1 mutations, which confer cellular resistance. This tool compound is suitable for both in vitro and in vivo studies investigating mitotic checkpoint mechanisms and oncology therapeutics.
