Description
INOS/TopoI-IN-1 (AuL9) is a dual-target inhibitor of Topoisomerase I (K_i=2.72 μM) and iNOS (K_i=1.49 μM), exhibiting anti-tumor activity in vitro against breast cancer cells (MCF-7 IC50=3.5 μM; MDA-MB-231 IC50=6.3 μM) by inducing DNA damage and apoptosis.
