Description
STAT3-IN-34 is a potent small molecule inhibitor of STAT3, blocking its nuclear translocation and transcriptional activity. With an IC50 of 0.008 μM in HaCaT cell proliferation assays, it also reduces IL-17A expression and has demonstrated efficacy in an Imiquimod-induced mouse model of psoriasis.
