BI2536-PEG2-Halo is a bifunctional chemical probe combining a HaloTag ligand with the PLK1 inhibitor BI-2536. It selectively targets mutant p53 cancer cells, demonstrating potent anti-proliferative activity in vitro (IC50 23 nM in engineered 293T cells) and is a tool for studying PLK1 biology and targeted protein degradation strategies.
