Description
O-GlcNAcase-IN-2 is a potent, orally bioavailable, and brain-penetrant O-GlcNAcase inhibitor (IC50 = 4.93 nM) . It increases protein O-GlcNAcylation and modulates tau phosphorylation in cellular models, and has demonstrated efficacy in improving cognitive function in APP/PS1 transgenic mice, supporting its research application in Alzheimer's disease pathology.
