Description

NL13 is a PLK4 inhibitor (IC50=2.32 μM) that reduces viability in prostate cancer cell lines (PC3, DU145) and inhibits tumor growth in mouse models. Its mechanism involves downregulating the AKT/CCNB1/CDK1 pathway, inducing G2/M arrest and caspase-mediated apoptosis, making it a useful research tool for oncology studies.
