CSN5-IN-1 (Ac-11) is a CSN5 inhibitor with IC50 values of 12.56 μM (FP assay) and 19 μM (fluorescence assay) . It modulates cellular protein levels, reducing PD-L1 and increasing NEDD8-Cul1, making it a useful probe for studying COP9 signalosome function in cancer immunology and protein neddylation pathways.
