Description
SIC-19 is a small molecule SIK2 inhibitor that induces SIK2 protein degradation via the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway. It demonstrates anti-proliferative activity in cancer cells and enhances sensitivity to PARP inhibitors like Olaparib in both in vitro models and in vivo ovarian cancer xenografts.
