Description
AEP-IN-2 is an orally active small molecule inhibitor of asparagine endopeptidase (AEP) . It blocks AEP-mediated cleavage of APP and Tau, thereby reducing levels of Aβ40, Aβ42, and phosphorylated Tau in research models for Alzheimer's disease.
