Description

CSI86 is a small molecule PROTAC that selectively degrades the MYC oncoprotein. It demonstrates anti-proliferative effects in vitro with IC50 values ranging from 13 to 18 μM. This tool compound is used in cancer research to study MYC-driven malignancies and PROTAC-mediated targeted protein degradation.
