Description
ZLY06 is an orally active dual PPARδ/γ agonist (EC50=341 nM and 237 nM, respectively) . It upregulates CD36 and modulates hepatic lipid metabolism by inhibiting AKT1 phosphorylation, promoting fatty acid β-oxidation while reducing lipid synthesis. This mechanism improves glucose and lipid profiles and alleviates fatty liver in preclinical models without weight gain.
