Description
SUN-1334H free base is a potent and orally active histamine H1 receptor antagonist, demonstrating high affinity (K_i = 9.7 nM) in vitro and efficacy in functional assays. It inhibits histamine-induced ileum contraction (IC50 0.198 μM) and has shown in vivo activity against bronchoconstriction, skin wheals, and allergic rhinitis in guinea pig and dog models.
