Description
(R, R, S) -VH032 is a VHL E3 ligase ligand used to construct PROTAC degraders, such as the tau-targeting molecule C004019. It disrupts the VHL/HIF-1α interaction and has been employed in both cellular and in vivo studies to develop targeted protein degradation therapies for neurodegenerative and oncological research.
