Description

MEL24 is a small molecule inhibitor of the Mdm2 E3 ligase that acts in a p53-dependent manner to reduce cell viability and synergize with DNA-damaging agents. Its mechanism supports its use in vitro for oncology research, particularly in studying p53 pathway activation and chemosensitization.
