JNK-IN-12 is a mitochondrial-targeted inhibitor of JNK phosphorylation with an IC50 of 66.3 nM. It demonstrates selectivity for mitochondrial over nuclear JNK signaling and has been shown to alleviate Parkinson's disease symptoms in both cellular and animal model studies.
