Description
SA-VA is an intracellular self-assembling PROTAC designed for the selective degradation of VEGFR-2 and EphB4. It is activated in situ via a copper-catalyzed click reaction utilizing endogenous tumor copper, inducing S-phase cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in U87 glioblastoma cells for targeted cancer research.
