Description
α-Glucosidase-IN-32 is a reversible, noncompetitive inhibitor of α-glucosidase with an IC50 of 3.07 μM. It binds via hydrogen bonds and hydrophobic interactions, altering the enzyme's conformation to inhibit activity.
