Description
LP23 is a potent small molecule PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitor with an IC50 of 16.7 nM. It restores T-cell function and induces tumor cell death in vitro, and demonstrates significant in vivo anti-tumor efficacy, achieving 88.6% tumor growth inhibition in a B16-F10 melanoma model.
