Description
CRM1-IN-2 (KL2) is a cell-permeable, noncovalent CRM1 inhibitor that sequesters the exportin at the nuclear periphery, blocking nuclear export. This compound has demonstrated potent anti-proliferative and pro-apoptotic activity in colorectal cancer cell models in vitro.
