Propargyl-PEG3-bromide is a heterobifunctional PROTAC linker featuring a bromide handle for alkylation and a terminal alkyne for copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAC) . This water-soluble PEG-based spacer is widely used in chemical biology to construct PROTACs and other bifunctional molecules for targeted protein degradation studies in vitro.
