Description
(±) 12 (13) -DiHOME is a soluble epoxide hydrolase (sEH) -derived diol of linoleic acid. This bioactive lipid is studied in models of metabolic regulation, inflammation, and tissue injury, as it modulates fatty acid uptake in adipocytes, influences cold tolerance, and is elevated following exercise, allergen exposure, or biodiesel exhaust inhalation.
