Description
TAT-Gap19 (I130A) is a cell-permeable, inactive control peptide for the Cx43 hemichannel blocker TAT-Gap19. This I130A mutant does not inhibit ATP release in C6 glioma cells and is used in vitro to validate specific Cx43 hemichannel blockade in cardiovascular and neuroinflammatory research.
