Description
(S) - (-) -Perillic acid is a natural terpenoid that acts as an inhibitor of protein pentosyltransferase and acyltransferase. It demonstrates anti-cancer properties in vitro, notably inducing cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in non-small cell lung cancer models through modulation of Bax, p21, and caspase-3 protein levels.
