Description
TD1092 is a PROTAC-based pan-IAP degrader that induces apoptosis in cancer cells by degrading cIAP1, cIAP2, and XIAP, leading to caspase-3/7 activation. It also inhibits the TNFα-induced NF-κB pathway and has demonstrated utility in both in vitro and in vivo cancer research models.
