Description
IcFSP1 is a selective ferroptosis inducer that promotes FSP1 condensation at 2.5 μM without inhibiting its enzymatic activity in vitro. It triggers ferroptosis in HT-1080 cells and demonstrates significant antitumor efficacy in a human FSP1-overexpressing B16/F10 melanoma mouse model at 50 mg/kg.
