ZG36 is a ClpP agonist that induces mitochondrial dysfunction in leukemic cells by degrading respiratory chain complexes and reducing mtDNA, leading to cell death. It has demonstrated efficacy in both in vitro assays and in vivo xenograft models of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) .
