Description
IVMT-Rx-3 is a small molecule inhibitor that disrupts the SDCBP-MDA-9/Syntenin interaction by targeting its PDZ domains. This blockade inhibits downstream Src/NF-κB signaling and MMP-2/MMP-9 expression, demonstrating anti-metastatic activity in melanoma research models, both in vitro and in vivo.
