Description
STAT3-IN-15 is an orally bioavailable small molecule that potently inhibits STAT3 phosphorylation. It demonstrates efficacy in IPF research by blocking TGF-β1-driven epithelial cell migration, EMT, and fibroblast activation in vitro and shows anti-fibrotic activity in animal models of lung fibrosis.
