BAY-364 (BAY-299N) is a potent and selective inhibitor of the TAF1 second bromodomain (BD2) . It demonstrates cellular activity with IC50 values of 1.0 μM in Kasumi-1 cells, 10.4 μM in CD34+ cells, and 10.0 μM in K562 cells.
