Description
AS-99 is a potent and selective first-in-class inhibitor of the ASH1L histone methyltransferase, demonstrating anti-leukemic activity. It inhibits proliferation and induces apoptosis in vitro, while effectively reducing leukemia burden in vivo by downregulating critical MLL fusion oncogene targets.
