JB062 is a selective nonmuscle myosin inhibitor with IC50 values of 1.6 μM (skeletal), 5.4 μM (cardiac), and >100 μM (smooth muscle) . It demonstrates selective cytotoxicity against human cancer cells in vitro and is a research tool for studying muscle spasticity, chronic pain, and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.
