Description
Cephradine sodium is the sodium salt of the semi-synthetic cephalosporin antibiotic, Cephradine. It exerts its bactericidal effect by binding to penicillin-binding proteins, inhibiting the final stage of bacterial cell wall synthesis and promoting autolysin-mediated cell lysis.
