Description
CK0106023 is a specific Kinesin Spindle Protein (KSP) inhibitor. In both in vitro cellular assays and in vivo tumor-bearing mouse models, it induces characteristic monopolar mitotic spindles and demonstrates antitumor efficacy comparable to paclitaxel. Its expression profile, being high in proliferating tissues but absent in postmitotic neurons, makes it a research tool for studying mitosis and cancer.
