Description
ALK2-IN-2 is a highly selective small molecule inhibitor of activin receptor-like kinase 2 (ALK2), demonstrating potent activity with an IC50 of 9 nM and exhibiting over 700-fold selectivity against ALK3. This inhibitor is a valuable chemical probe for studying BMP signaling in fibrodysplasia ossificans progressiva (FOP) and other disorders, supporting both in vitro biochemical assays and in vivo disease model research.
