Description
Droloxifene (3-Hydroxytamoxifen) is an orally active SERM derived from tamoxifen. It induces p53 expression and apoptosis in MCF-7 breast cancer cells in vitro and has demonstrated bone-protective effects in ovariectomized rat models in vivo.
