Description
Equilin (7-Dehydroestrone) is a neurotrophic and vasodilatory estrogenic steroid. It promotes monocyte-endothelial adhesion via NF-κB signaling and induces vascular relaxation by inhibiting calcium influx in smooth muscle cells.
