Description
COQ7-IN-1 is a selective inhibitor of human COQ7 that potently blocks endogenous ubiquinone synthesis without affecting normal cell viability. This tool compound is used in both in vitro and in vivo studies to investigate cellular energy metabolism and the interplay between de novo synthesis and salvage pathways of coenzyme Q10.
