Description
This biotinylated UNC 1999 is a potent EZH2 inhibitor (IC50 = 17 nM) suitable for affinity pull-down assays, as demonstrated by its enrichment of EZH2 from HEK293T cell lysates. It is a valuable chemical probe for studying PRC2 complex biology in epigenetic research, both in vitro and in cellular models. A negative control is available.
