Description
LysoFP-NH2 is the fluorescent product generated when the lysosomal carbon monoxide (CO) probe LysoFP-NO2 reacts with CO. It exhibits excitation/emission maxima at 440/528 nm and is used for detecting CO in lysosomal environments within live-cell and in vitro imaging studies.
