Description
This small molecule GLS1 inhibitor exhibits potent activity against glutaminase 1 (IC50 = 0.021 μM) . It demonstrates anti-proliferative effects in NCI-H1703 NSCLC cells in vitro (GI50 = 0.011 μM) and reduces tumor growth in a mouse xenograft model, modulating intratumoral glutamine and glutamate metabolism. This tool compound is used in cancer metabolism research, particularly for studying glutaminolysis in oncology models.
