• Storage Conditions:

  May be stored at 4 °C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4 °C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

• Specificity:

  Binding capacity of human IgG greater than 10mg/ml of gel; High flow rate; Low falling off of rProtein G; pH stability 2-10. Protein G binds to all IgG subclasses from human, mouse and rat species. It also binds to total IgG from guinea pig, rabbit, goat, cow, sheep, and horse.
