Description
BMP-22 is a potent and selective autotaxin inhibitor (IC50 = 170 nM) that suppresses LPA production in vitro and reduces cancer cell invasion. In vivo, it demonstrates anti-metastatic activity by decreasing lung tumor foci in a mouse melanoma model at 0.5 mg/kg/day.
