Description
C4 Ceramide is a cell-permeable ceramide analog that modulates immune response by inhibiting IL-4 production in T cells and exhibits cytotoxicity against breast cancer cell lines. It also demonstrates therapeutic potential in cystic fibrosis research by rescuing F508del-CFTR function and reducing IL-8 secretion in primary epithelial cells.
