  Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 °C. Stable for 12 months at -20 °C. Reconstitute by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol, ddH2O. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 °C Aliquot and store at -20 °C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

• Specificity:

  Reccognizes myogenic soft tissue tumors and smooth muscle differentiation. Reacts on Cultured Cell lines, stress fibers of smooth muscle-derived cells and some smooth muscle subtype fibroblasts. Species Crossreactivity: human, bovine, equine, rat, mouse and chicken.
