  Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 °C. Stable for 12 months at -20 °C. Reconstitute with 10mg/ml BSA, PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 °C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 °C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. 

• Specificity:

  Recognizes the Muscarinic Receptor M4. Reactivity with the M4 Receptor (460-478) is 100% and 80% for the full-length M4 Receptor. Does not react with M1, M2, M3 or M5 Receptor. Specifically stains the M4 receptor in Western Blots of whole rat brain homogenates.
