  Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 °C. Stable for 12 months at -20 °C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS, 10mg/ml BSA. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 °C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 °C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. 

• Specificity:

  Recognizes M4 Muscarinic Receptor (469-478). Reactivity of M4 Muscarinic Receptor is 70%. Does not react with M1 Muscarinic Receptor (451-460), M1 Muscarinic Receptor, M2 Muscarinic Receptor (457-466), M2 Muscarinic Receptor, M3 Muscarinic Receptor (580-589), M3 Muscarinic Receptor, M5 Muscarinic Receptor (519-531) and M5 Muscarinic Receptor. Specific for the COOH terminal of the M4 receptor.
